Discount Kitchen Appliances are Dreamy

Discount kitchen appliances doesn’t mean poor quality kitchen appliances. Buying discount kitchen appliances from certain companies can mean Sub Zero appliances and Viking gas ranges at great rates.

These products are long standing symbols of quality and have been family run, like Drimmers, for decades. The goal behind Viking gas ranges, for example, is to lead professional style cooking ranges into the home, with the safety features, heat output and stylistic designs that commercial gas ranges lack.

Sub Zero also has residential consumer in mind in ways that other refrigeration companies simply don’t. Ergonomics are important, which is why cabinetry can often overlay your Sub Zero appliances, if you choose. Plus, there’s nothing better than having the space you want when you come home from doing your grocery shopping. No need to go to the garage for a drink if you have all of the drinks in your Sub Zero.

When you have a beautiful refrigerator and a superb gas range, your kitchen is well on its way to being a retreat into the lands of food and gastronomical magic. Who knows what delicacies you can prepare with these top of the line resources? The best part about them, though, is being able to get them for a discount.

Liebherr BioFresh Refrigerator

When my refrigerator finally died (two days before Thanksgiving), I so knew I had to find a place that sold discount kitchen appliances—fast. Instead of feeling stressed, I was actually excited. I could finally get a nice refrigerator and have it in time to show off during Thanksgiving dinner.

I really liked Sub Zero appliances, but was immediately drawn to the Liebherr refrigerators. The sleek designs and contemporary interior set-up was exactly the look I was going for. Then I found the BioFresh model and fell in love.

The BioFresh is such a unique model because of it’s patented technology that works to keep foods fresher, longer. The secret is the BioFresh safes. One compartment is the low humidity DrySafe which is ideal for keeping meat, fish, and dairy at optimum freshness. The high humidity safe keeps your fruit and veggies crisp, ripe and full of the nutrients you need.

In addition, precision electronics ensure that the temperature is accurately maintained just above 32 degrees to keep you food at the perfect temperature.  Besides the amazing BioFresh technology, the streamlined design was crafted to ease clutter and facilitate organization.

Are Viking Gas Ranges or Viking Electric Ranges Better?

The gas vs. electric debate in the kitchen is just as heated as ever (no pun intended). There are quite a few advantages to both it may be kind of hard to choose between the two.

If you’re looking into discount kitchen appliances, and can’t decide between Viking gas ranges and Viking electric ranges, here are some of the advantages and disadvantages of both types.

Gas Ranges:
They heat up quickly. Gas stoves and ovens are known to heat up extremely fast, so if speed is important to you, gas may be the way to go. They also heat evenly, which something that serious cooks care about.
On the down side, something I’ve experienced is that they’re a pain to clean. If you’re sautéing something and the food gets into the burner, you have to take of the guards and scrub out the insides, which can take some time when burnt food is caked to the oven.

Electric Ranges:

These are great because on many models you can set the precise temperature you want to work with. This can sometimes lower the amount of time it takes to cook something because the temperture is accurate. Also, these are a dream to clean because all you have to do is wipe it down, and maybe use some protective solution to keep the glass nice. They don’t heat up as quickly as the gas ranges and some people like being able to cook over a flame, so electric doesn’t work for them.

The Kitchen Triangle: Don't Get Lost In It

Refrigerators do a lot more than keep your food cold. They are an aesthetic tool that ties the kitchen together. In the same way that Wolf gas ranges anchor one side of your kitchen, Sub Zero appliances can hold down another side. Actually there’s a third side too, mediated by your sink. But this leads us into another direction: the kitchen triangle.

The three points of the kitchen are the above mentioned, sink, stove, and fridge. There are different ways to incorporate this geometrical shape into your kitchen, as there are different triangles in Euclidean geometry. Here are some points to remember when constructing your kitchen:

Do not allow for the triangle’s perimeter to be greater than 26 feet or less than 12 feet.

The triangle should not be disrupted by large cabinetry or furniture (this includes islands).

You don’t want to sacrifice counter space when constructing your triangle, nor do you want to have a narrow corridor whereby kitchen pedestrians can easily be caught and run over in the flow of traffic.

One of the more popular triangles is the oblique “L” shape, which uses Wolf gas ranges as one leg, while the sink and Sub Zero appliances are on the same side. Lengthening the L allows for more counter space and a larger corridor.

Drimmers Presents: The World's Nicest Kitchens

These beautiful kitchen run the gamut from the traditional to the modern. The first achieves its look with lighting and wood details, from the kitchen table to the wainscoting and volutes on the cabinetry. The result is a classic finish that is inviting and warm, a kitchen in which you can spend hours relaxing after dinner has ended.

This kitchen is certainly more modern, though what it may lack in coziness, it makes up for in design. Its lighting fixtures are tentacular and its black wood finish conveys cleanliness and style. The sleek Sub Zero appliances are camouflaged so well that this kitchen's purpose is undermined by its design.
This kitchen is somewhere in between the first two, as its wood cabinets preserve the classic feel, while its granite floor conveys the clarity and precision so characteristic of most modernist architecture. The fixtures on the cabinet add to this sentiment and the built in Wolf kitchen appliances further the cohesion of the space.
Last but not least, this kitchen is elegant and modern. The wine storage in the island is a great way to conserve space and the large bay window brings nature right into the home with natural light.

What do all of these kitchens have in common? They utilize space to achieve the desired results of coziness, cleanliness, style and comfort. They also make use of Wolf kitchen appliances and
Sub Zero appliances, two of the best brand names in the industry. Ultimately, however, if you want a kitchen like these, you need to think about the space you have, and the atmosphere you desire.

Buy Good, Have Good

Just because discount kitchen appliances are cheaper, that, as Leonard Cohen once said, “don’t make it junk.” Look at www.Drimmers.com for proof. You can find Sub Zero appliances heavily discounted with rebates. As a result, you get a much better price than you would when buying these appliances at normal retail stores.

If you want to invest in quality, you’re making a good decision. If you buy good, you have good, and that saves you money in the long run. But you also don’t want to spend more money than you have to, so it helps to look around. When you finally decide on what you want, it doesn’t have to be the most expensive to be the best. For example, you can find Viking gas ranges and Sub Zero appliances, which are quality appliances, but there is always something more expensive and arguably better out there. Of course when working within a price range, you can gather an idea about what is the leader in that category.

In any case, you may have a good idea of what you want, so don’t settle on what you want, especially if it’s a long term investment like a refrigerator. Buy smart and save on discount kitchen appliances when you shop www.Drimmers.com!

Wolf Kitchen Appliances Were the Right Choice

Just before the holidays, my oven stopped working. It couldn’t broil anymore and I knew that it was time to re-outfit my kitchen. I decided we might as well replace it with a new range and while we’re at it buy some other Wolf kitchen appliances. After shopping around I decided that it would be best to go with Wolf gas ranges because that stainless steel finish is stylish and they’re what the professionals use. So I know I’m getting quality from a reputable brand.

After installation, it was time to try it out. I was planning on having a double-whammy weekend of entertaining – Christmas eve for my family, since my parents were staying with us and my brother was coming up from the Island, and Christmas day with all of the friends and the other family around the city. I knew that I wouldn’t have to try my new Wolf kitchen appliances out beforehand because I invested in their quality from the beginning.

So for Christmas Eve we had a beautiful ham that I stuck in the oven at 375 for about an hour, and when it came out, it glistened with fat and sugar. Needless to say, everyone at the dinner table loved it and I knew that tomorrow would be even better.

Christmas day brought 19 people to the house including my hubby and Luke, our son, and we were having prime rib. I knew this was the real deal, and that I was had many more people to impress. But sure enough, it was delicious and done to perfection. I’m still relishing the taste two months later!

Sub Zero Appliances: The Most Stylish Name in Refrigeration

The kitchen is usually the heart of any house and has been for centuries.

It’s sort of the meeting place and hub of the house, where family and friends tend to gather, so if you’re thinking of remodeling, you want your kitchen looking its best and discount kitchen appliances are the first place you should start.

If you’re not ready to update your whole kitchen, just start with the one appliance you really want to modernize. Think of the eyesore you need to get rid of or the appliance that just doesn’t work the way it used to.

Last year my mother finally decided to get rid of her awful 1970s green Frigidaire refrigerator and replace it with a stainless steel, Sub Zero Pro 48 with a glass door. She loved the dual refrigeration, exterior temperature display, and easy to read digital readouts. After replacing her fridge, she was inspired to update the rest of her kitchen with more modern discount kitchen appliances.

Sub Zero appliances provide the perfect balance of functionality and form, so if you’re looking for a modern design with great features, Sub Zero is the way to go.

What Kind of Discount Kitchen Appliances Should I Buy?

It used to be that you didn't have a choice when you bought discount kitchen appliances — they either came in white or in black. But merchants these days offer more options than ever, which makes it fun to redecorate your kitchen, if only for aesthetic reasons. In fact, my homeowners choose to redecorate their kitchens before any other room — where else do all the members of your family spend so much of their time?

Viking gas ranges and ovens, for instance, are some of them most customizable products in the industry. Not only do they come in fun colors like “plum” and “racing red,” Vikinh ovens can also be oriented in a variety of ways, as single, vertical double, or horizontal double ovens.

Wolf kitchen appliances, alternatively, are better known for their sleek appearances, featuring a classic exterior in stainless steel and an option for knobs in black or Wolf's trademark red. Customers love the Wolf sealed burner rangetops, for example, which are easy to custom build, whether you prefer four burners with an accessory charbroiler and griddle or a full six.

Opening a Restaurant? Do You Need Discount Kitchen Appliances?

Opening a restaurant is always a gamble, but most people in the industry wouldn't have it any other way. In fact, it's the thrill of living and dying based on your food, your service, and your atmosphere that inspires restaurant folk to succeed on a daily basis. That being said, there's one area where you should never gamble, and that's supplies. Whether you're shopping for full price or discount kitchen appliances, it's important to provide your business with the necessary tools.

The word “discount” gets a bad rap sometimes, but there's nothing wrong about discount appliances, especially when you're talking about top brands marked down to affordable prices. At www.Drimmers.com, you can find Viking, Wolf, and Sub Zero appliances, all at discounted rates. Wouldn't supplies from brands like these help your new restaurant get off to a great start?

The best part is, Drimmers stocks professional-grade equipment, so you know you're buying a product designed to work in the back of the house with chefs and line cooks like yours. The Viking gas ranges, for example, feature large-capacity ovens and are designed for quick and easy cleaning.

Remodel Your Kitchen With These Top Discount Kitchen Appliances!

I love kitchens, I think they are probably one of the favorite rooms in anyone's house. The reason behind this is probably because of all the cool gadgetry and discount kitchen appliances you can add into a home to make it look amazing! My aunt and uncle bought a house a few years back for around $250,000.

After remodeling it and gutting it out completely, they could sell the house for well over $950,000. So, not only is remodeling a kitchen great for you, but it's also going to raise the price of your home when and if it comes time to sell it. There are a few "bets brands" available out there when it comes to kitchen-ware. Frankly, my favorite three are Sub Zero appliances, Viking gas ranges, Wolf kitchen appliances and Wolf gas ranges. These are top grade quality products - ones you can even find in professional kitchens across the world.

These are the best of the best not only because how they look (who doesn't love stainless steel?) but also because of how well they work and for how long they last. Wolf, Viking and Sub Zero make it so you could own these products for years to come and they will always look new, they never tarnish, they never go out of style and they will always give your kitchen that extra POW you need!

Wolf Gas Ranges: Now Available with a French Top

I love customizing. Everything I own is customized—my shoes, my car, my wristwatch—so when it came time to order a new gas range, I wanted something I could truly make my own. That’s when I decided to buy one of the Wolf gas ranges, as these can be customized to fix my exact specifications.

The Wolf 60” range, for example, is available in many different configurations of standard dual burners and more specialized cooking tools, like an infrared griddle, infrared charbroiler, or French top. Even for a regular dinner, I tend to cook sauce like nobody’s business, which I was I was interested in opting for the French top, along with six dual burners.

So, what exactly is a French top? As you can see in the picture, a French top is a burner plate with three concentric smaller plates inside, arranged so that the temperature is warmest at the smallest plate and cooler on the outer plates. This is very handy for cooking sauce and other items whose temperatures need to be frequently adjusted.

French tops used to be exclusively commercial items, so you can imagine how excited I was to see one offered by Wolf kitchen appliances. I just had to order a gas range right away from www.Drimmers.com!
